Take advantage of the extension allowance program offered by Bangor Natural Gas!
The Bangor Gas Service Extension Allowance Program provides free service extension piping (measured from the street to the meter location) for residential and commercial customers. Annual usage for end-use appliances is estimated to determine the amount of free service extension a customer can receive. A typical residence converting their water and central heating systems to gas could receive approximately 100 feet of service extension pipe at no charge depending on the actual load. Other gas appliances can add to this total.

1. Not every community has natural gas service in all locations. To determine if natural gas service is available in your neighborhood, fill out the form on this page.
2. Complete contract and meter location form – reVision heat will be happy to assist you in completing application and rebate forms
3. Sign Contract with Bangor Gas
4. Bangor Gas installs meter bar- 4 – 6 week wait
5. reVision heat hooks up appliance
6. Bangor Gas installs meter
7. reVision heat removes oil boiler

• Are there state or federal rebates available?
  Yes! There are a variety of rebates available; reVision heat will assist you in completing paperwork to receive these rebates, right down to the stamped envelope. We put the “customer” in customer service!

If your home is located less than 100 feet from a natural gas main and you intend on using natural gas to heat your home, installation of the natural gas service line from the street to your home is FREE (some restrictions may apply).
